Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Southwest Office – Taunton
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1-hour lunch
The Role
This is a full-spectrum sales position for a passionate and self-motivated individual. You will manage the sales
process from enquiry to completion, engaging with architects, contractors, and homeowners, and providing
expert guidance on glazing systems and designs to deliver high-end, bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will:
• Prepare and issue accurate, competitive quotations for bespoke glazing projects, including clear pricing
and technical specifications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings with
architects, contractors, and end clients across the Southwest.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share in a fast-
paced bespoke construction environment.
• Support ongoing relationship management by tracking enquiries, following up leads, and maintaining
timely communication.
• Collaborate with technical, estimating, and operations teams to ensure commercial alignment and
smooth project delivery.
• Attend client meetings and site visits, providing consultative advice and technical guidance.
You will play a key role in driving commercial growth in a dynamic region, engaging with clients both remotely
and face-to-face.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably with exposure to construction or glazing but not essential.
• Is confident engaging with customers over the phone, email, and in person.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for pricing, tracking leads, and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Has an interest in learning construction terminology and processes related to glazing, façades, and
architectural builds.
• Is proactive, organised, target-driven, and commercially minded.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
