Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire (Office Based)
The Role
An experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager is required to lead and develop digital marketing
activity across the business.
Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning,
implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and
audience engagement.
This role is ideally suited to someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B digital marketing within a
premium, design-led industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
• Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimise SEO, paid search, and lead generation campaigns.
• Create and oversee high-quality digital content including website articles, case studies, and campaign
materials.
• Plan and schedule social media communications across relevant platforms to engage target audiences.
• Manage the creation of project-led marketing materials that support the sales team and help convert
opportunities.
• Oversee and maintain the case study pipeline, ensuring completed projects are captured and promoted
through the website and social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, media enquiries and digital communications.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support brand engagement and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients and partners on joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and client engagement strategies.
• Produce internal communications to ensure departments remain informed about company updates and
project highlights.
• Support the planning and promotion of industry events and client engagement activities.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve marketing
performance.
Required Experience & Skills
We are looking for an ambitious marketing professional with strong digital marketing experience in a B2B
environment.
Ideally you will have:
• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing or campaign management.
• Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar marketing tools).
• A good understanding of SEO principles, digital campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Confidence working within a professional B2B environment.
