glazing and specialist construction sector.

The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of commercial and residential glazing projects across the UK.

This position is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in project management, working closely with senior

Financial & Commercial Awareness

• Develop an understanding of project budgets, quotations and cost control processes.

• Assist with tracking costs and updating project cost reports (CVR) under supervision.

• Assist with invoice approvals and project income tracking as experience develops.

Installation & Logistics Support

• Assist with planning site installations in coordination with site teams and supervisors.

• Help organise deliveries, site access requirements and basic logistics planning.

• Support preparation of project-specific health and safety documentation.

• Attend site visits to gain experience of installation processes and quality standards.

Technical & Quality Support

• Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements and installation details.

• Support senior team members in resolving technical or site-related issues.

• Learn to ensure systems and products meet required performance and quality standards.

• Monitor workmanship during site visits and report any concerns.

Teamwork & Development

• Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

• Take an active interest in learning glazing systems, project processes and industry best practice.

• Participate in training, mentoring and professional development opportunities.
