An experienced Senior Project Manager is required to manage commercial, international glazing, and high-end residential

• Lead project meetings, provide progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Develop strong relationships with high-end residential clients, developers and commercial contractors.

• Liaise with international partners, suppliers and logistics teams for overseas projects.

• Ensure all stakeholders remain fully informed of project progress and that updates are recorded in the CRM system.

• Maintain positive and productive working relationships with all involved parties, including contractors and architects.

Financial Management

• Review and understand project quotations and budgets produced by the estimating team.

• Raise any budget concerns with the procurement team or procurement director.

• Review allowances for glass, labour and any unusual or specialist items.

• Approve purchase orders generated by procurement, ensuring costs align with budgets.

• Maintain an up-to-date CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) showing committed and actual costs.

• Monitor project margins to ensure expected sales margins are achieved or exceeded.

• Approve invoices and update CVR documentation with actual costs.

• Produce project income forecasts.

Installation & Logistics Management

• Plan installation schedules while considering logistics, health and safety requirements and construction programmes.

• Work closely with site teams to ensure successful installations.

• Produce detailed health and safety documentation for each project.

Technical & Quality Oversight

• Review and approve technical drawings, method statements and installation details.

• Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Resolve technical issues by coordinating with internal design teams and external stakeholders.

• Ensure all glazing systems meet performance standards including thermal, acoustic, structural and safety

requirements.

Team Leadership

• Support and oversee project coordinators, site supervisors and installation teams.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentoring and professional development.

• Work closely with manufacturing, design, accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
