About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Surveyor to oversee projects in the Heathrow area. The

role involves carrying out site surveys, supervising contractors, and ensuring all work is delivered safely,

efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of Health & Safety

practices, and the ability to manage day-to-day site activities with professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site surveys for windows, doors, and related installations

• Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring quality standards and safe working practices

• Manage day-to-day site activities and monitor project timelines

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and industry requirements

• Provide regular updates and reports on site progress and issues

• Act as the main point of contact between contractors, clients, and management

 

Candidate Requirements

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Surveyor in construction, glazing, or related sectors

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety in the construction industry

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve on-site challenges effectively

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
