Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucester

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Internal Sales Administrator to join the team. This role is ideal for

someone with sales experience who prefers to work from the office rather than being out on the road. You will

play a vital part in supporting the sales team, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process

from initial enquiry through to post-installation follow-up.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by booking in leads and managing diaries.

• Confirm and follow up on customer appointments, ensuring availability.

• Handle inbound calls, gathering key details on client requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Provide customers with tailored options and pricing, then follow up on proposals.

• Assist office staff with general administration tasks.

• Carry out customer service calls to ensure client satisfaction post-installation.

• Adopt a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding customer needs rather than hard selling.

• Use Udesign software and Use Business CRM system to manage leads, quotes, and customer information.

 

About You

• Previous experience in the windows, doors, conservatories industry is essential.

• Strong background in sales or sales support, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.

• Driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about securing results – not just coasting.

• Determined and proactive, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Confident using software tools and systems to manage information and support the sales process.
