and exceptional service to trade customers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and
experienced Field Trade Sales Executive to join our team in the Eatst Midlands.
Role Overview
As a Field Trade Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales within your
territory by building strong relationships with trade customers, identifying new business opportunities,
and promoting our range of glazing products.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a portfolio of trade customers across the East Midlands
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the glazing and construction sectors
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to maximise revenue
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings
• Promote and sell the company’s full product range
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support where required
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a field sales role, within the glazing, fenestration, or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of glazing products and the trade market
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence
