Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the production and supply of high-quality uPVC

and aluminium glazing products for trade installers. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency across

manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, supporting both domestic renovation projects and new-build or commercial

glazing installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of windows, doors, rooflights, and other glazing products.

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all products meet premium standards.

• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to support trade installers and project timelines.

• Develop and monitor operational KPIs to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Lead, coach, and manage operational staff to achieve performance goals.

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely supply of materials.

• Identify and implement process improvements across operations to reduce costs and improve service levels.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or glazing industries.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of uPVC and aluminium glazing systems is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.
