Location: Chiswick, West London (Daily Office Based) + Weekly Travel to Poole, Dorset
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 DOE

Installation Manager – High-End Residential Glazing Projects

We are recruiting an experienced Installation Manager to oversee premium aluminium window, door and bespoke glazing installations across London and the South of England.

Based in Chiswick, West London, with weekly travel to Poole, Dorset, this is a hands-on leadership role managing multiple installation teams delivering high-value residential glazing projects.

The company specialises in:

• Aluminium windows

• Aluminium sliding doors

• Bespoke glazing systems

• Architect-designed residential projects

• Luxury and high-net-worth private homes

This is an operational, site-focused Installation Manager role — not remote coordination.

Installation Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Manage 8 installation teams in Chiswick and 4 teams in Poole

• Plan and schedule glazing installations using CRM systems

• Ensure fitters have drawings, materials and schedules before site start

• Conduct site inspections before and during installation

• Liaise with architects, homeowners and site managers

• Resolve technical and installation issues

• Maintain high standards across aluminium window and door installations

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Installation Manager – Candidate Requirements

• Former window / door / glazing fitter (essential)

• Strong knowledge of aluminium installation processes

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience managing multiple installation teams

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Professional communication skills suited to high-end residential clients

• Comfortable with daily office presence in Chiswick
