Installation Manager – uPVC Windows & Doors (Commercial Projects) Head office based in Wellingborough

Salary depending on experience + Company Vehicle

Monday - Friday: 8.00 - 3.330 Approximately - field based

Our client is a well-established, supplier and installer of high-quality windows and doors, delivering projects across both

the residential and commercial sectors. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Installation

Manager to join their team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Installation Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of

large-scale commercial window and door contracts. The role will play a key part in ensuring projects are completed to

the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the installation of uPVC windows and doors across commercial sites Lead, manage and support installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of performance and

professionalism Liaise with main contractors, site managers and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and run

smoothly Monitor materials, logistics and workforce planning to maximise efficiency and maintain cost control Identify, troubleshoot and resolve on-site or technical issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

Strong understanding of industry standards, building regulations and site health and safety requirements Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and site plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence CSCS Card or equivalent
