Job Title: Architectural Glazing Sales & Account Manager

This is a client-facing position ideal for an individual with experience in the architectural glazing industry
or a related technical field. The role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a design-driven
environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and is confident navigating technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
• Provide prompt, professional communication and build lasting client relationships
Project Oversight
• Manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to post-sale coordination
• Ensure every project meets both client expectations and internal standards
Sales Strategy & Collaboration
• Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to discussions around strategy and client
targeting
• Support initiatives to enhance service delivery and client experience
Market & Product Insight
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to identify new product opportunities and deliver
an improved customer experience
Technical Development
• Develop a deeper understanding of architectural glazing systems
• Confidently guide clients through technical proposals and product specifications
What We're Looking For
• Demonstrated experience in architectural glazing or a related technical product sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Proficient in using email, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools
