Job Title: Window & Door Sales Surveyor

Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Essex

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Window and Door Sales

Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career or looking to enter the home

improvement industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-home surveys, advising

customers on window and door solutions, and supporting the sales process through accurate measurements and

product specifications.

Full training will be provided, and you’ll have direct support from experienced team members. This field-based

role offers hands-on experience, development opportunities, and the chance to grow into a long-term career in

sales and surveying.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-arranged customer appointments across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and

Essex.

• Carry out accurate on-site surveys and measurements for replacement or new installation of windows

and doors.

• Assist in the preparation of detailed job specifications for manufacturing and installation teams.

• Provide product advice to customers, supporting the sales process with clear, professional

communication.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

• Maintain accurate records of surveys and appointments using provided technology (laptop/CRM).

• Represent the company professionally in customer homes, upholding a high standard of service.
