Sales Executive – Bifold Doors & Aluminium Glazing
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Full-Time | Showroom Based | Basic Salary plus Uncapped Commission
Our client is a family-owned business established in 2007. The company manufactures bespoke aluminium bi-fold doors, sliding doors and windows for installation across the UK. We are recruiting a motivated Sales Executive for the Weighbridge showroom, where customers can view the range and discuss their projects in person.
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a premium showroom environment selling:
- Aluminium bifold doors
- Sliding patio doors
- Aluminium windows
- High-end glazing systems
You will engage with homeowners, trade clients (B2B), architects and industry professionals across Surrey and surrounding areas.
Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Sell bifold doors, aluminium doors and glazing products from the showroom
- Manage enquiries from walk-in customers, phone and email
- Generate and follow up quotations
- Build relationships with homeowners and trade clients
- Drive revenue and exceed sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Sales Executive – What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (retail, showroom, construction or home improvement preferred)
- Experience in window & door sales, glazing, or building products is beneficial but not essential
- Confident communicator with strong closing ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Graduates with strong commercial drive welcome
