Job Title: Order Processor

Location: Braintree, Essex

 

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our growing team within the window and door

manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders for PVCu

windows, doors, conservatories, and related products while ensuring all specifications meet technical and production

requirements.

This role requires excellent product knowledge, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment. The ideal candidate must have experience using Window Designer processing software and possess strong

REHAU system knowledge.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders for windows, doors, conservatories, and associated products.

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and survey information.

• Use Window Designer software to prepare and manage orders for production.

• Liaise with customers, surveyors, sales teams, and production departments to ensure order accuracy.

• Ensure all orders comply with manufacturing standards and technical requirements.

• Resolve order queries and discrepancies efficiently.

• Monitor order progress and provide updates where required.

• Maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy at all times.

• Support continuous improvement within the order processing function.

 

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in an Order Processing role within the window and door industry.

• Strong knowledge of REHAU profile systems.

• Fully trained and competent using Window Designer processing software.

• Excellent understanding of PVCu windows, doors, and conservatory products.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.

 

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to travel daily to Braintree.

• Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Positive and professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.

 

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of glazing industry regulations and standards.

• Experience working with trade customers and installers.

• Familiarity with production scheduling and manufacturing processes.
