Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Office-based)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) + company vehicle, laptop, and phone
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of window and door replacement
programmes across occupied social housing properties. This is a fast-paced role managing multiple projects across a large
geographical area, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee multiple projects (up to 5 at any one time) from inception through to completion
• Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Work across a regional patch including Essex, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Harrow, and surrounding London
areas
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
• Liaise with site supervisors and, where required, installation teams
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively
• Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and manage project documentation
• Communicate updates via email and written correspondence to stakeholders
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within construction, refurbishment, or social housing
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good IT proficiency, including spreadsheets and general administrative systems
• Ability to manage projects across a wide geographical area
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable
• Experience working on window and door replacement programmes
• Background as a Site Supervisor looking to progress into a Project Manager role (salary reflective of experience)
