About the Role

We are a growing and dynamic glazing business specialising in high-quality glass products for both trade and domestic

clients. We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and play a key role in supporting sales and production by

providing accurate, timely, and professional quotations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in glass

estimation and proficiency with Glass Pro software to make a real impact in a busy and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for glass products and installations using Glass Pro software

• Liaise with customers, site surveyors, and sales teams to gather necessary information for quotations

• Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure estimates are accurate and complete

• Maintain a clear and organised record of all estimates, quotes, and correspondence

• Advise internal teams on technical requirements, materials, and pricing

• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or queries related to estimates

• Work closely with the production team to ensure quotes are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

• Support the sales and operations teams with ad-hoc calculations, reports, and project planning as required

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Glass Estimator or in a similar role within the glazing industry

• Proficiency with Glass Pro software (essential)

• Strong understanding of glass products, glazing systems, and installation processes

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills

• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and customers

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple estimates simultaneously

• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is desirable
