Job Title: Sales Executive – Windows, Doors & Shopfronts (Commission-Based)
Location: Ilford, Essex
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and driven Sales Executives to sell windows, doors, shopfronts, and
glazing solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role is commission-only,
giving you full control of your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Sell a wide range of products, including aluminium windows, shopfronts, bi-fold doors, sliding
doors, and curtain walling systems.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations in partnership with technical teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to closing deals.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Represent the company professionally, ensuring high standards of service.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven sales experience (ideally within glazing, windows/doors, shopfronts, or construction).
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Strong commercial awareness with the drive to maximise earnings.
• Access to own vehicle (preferred).
