Job Title: Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator

Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

 

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator to join our growing team.

Working in a dedicated aluminium-only fabrication environment, you will be responsible for

manufacturing high-quality aluminium windows and doors.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are precise, efficient, and keen to develop a range of

fabrication skills. We value versatility — the ability to operate saws and/or CNC machines is a strong

advantage, as we aim for all our fabricators to be multi-skilled.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate aluminium windows and doors to precise specifications

• Operate various fabrication machinery, including Elumatec equipment

• Use tools and machinery to cut, assemble, and finish aluminium profiles

• Follow technical drawings and work instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

• Undertake additional duties in fabrication processes as required

 

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience with aluminium fabrication (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to use saws or operate CNC machinery (highly beneficial)

• Familiarity with Elumatec machinery (advantageous)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and become multi-skilled in all areas of fabrication
