Job Title: Timber Window, Door & Conservatory Installer

Location: Based in Gloucester – working on sites within approx. 1 hour’s travel

Employment Type: PAYE or Self-Employed

Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced installer to join our team, working with high-quality timber windows,

doors, conservatories, and orangeries, as well as UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and roofs. You’ll be

delivering premium installations to discerning customers — this is not site-based or price-work fitting. This is an

excellent opportunity for a tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and offers excellent customer

service. Whether you're looking for PAYE employment or prefer to operate on a self-employed basis, we are open

to both options for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Install timber conservatories, orangeries, windows, and doors to a high standard

• Fit UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, and roof systems

• Travel to various sites within approx. 1-hour radius of Gloucester

• Maintain clean and professional working areas at customer properties

• Work efficiently with an eye for detail and pride in the final finish

• Provide excellent communication and customer service

• Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule

Requirements

• Extensive experience fitting windows, doors, conservatories, and related products

• Confident working with timber, PVCu, and aluminium systems

• Ability to install fascias and guttering (preferred)

• Not suitable for those with only new-build/price work experience

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Positive attitude with good timekeeping and reliability

• Excellent customer manners – respectful and tidy on site

• High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship

• Full UK driving licence required

• Must be willing to travel to customer sites (van and fuel card provided)

What We Offer

• PAYE or self-employed – flexible depending on your preference

• Company van and fuel card included

• Supportive, skilled team and a company that values high-end work over volume

• Ongoing work on quality residential projects
