Job Title: Order Processor – Job Description Location: Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire Hours: Mon- Fri - 7.30am – 4pm

Job Overview

Reporting to the Order Conversion Manager, the Order Processor is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of UPVC and Aluminium products for manufacturing. This role ensures that all orders, quotes, and customer requests are handled with precision to support smooth production operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes using Window Designer software. • Order external products including Composite Doors, Shaped Frames, Vertical Sliders, and

Conservatory Roofs. • Send sign-off paperwork to customers and follow up to obtain timely approval. • Make amendments to orders (where possible) in line with customer requests. • Report any issues or discrepancies to the line manager or relevant manager in a timely manner. • Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and accuracy. • Process all orders efficiently to meet business timelines and manufacturing schedules. • Perform general administrative duties as required to support department needs. • Verify that orders have been processed according to customer requirements before submission.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• GCSEs (or equivalent): 5 subjects at grades A–C*. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the window industry (Essential). • Experience processing UPVC windows/doors using Window Designer (Essential). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Essential). • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team (Essential).

Additional Information

• Full-time, permanent position. • Working hours: 07:30–16:00, Monday to Friday. • Overtime may be required depending on business needs. • Work location: In person. • Benefits include: Company pension, employee discount, and life insurance. • No weekend working.
