About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile multi-trade fitter to join our high-end conservatory and

glazing installation team. We specialise in premium quality windows, doors, conservatories, orangeries,

and tiled roof systems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled carpenter with experience fitting UPVC

windows and doors, but also comfortable with a broad range of additional trades: flooring, plastering, site

finishing, remedials, leak fixes, and more. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and pride in

quality workmanship are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Install high-end UPVC windows, doors, conservatories, and tiled roof systems

• Carry out a variety of additional trades including:

o Carpentry

o Floor laying

o Plastering

o Remedial and finishing work

o Snagging and clean-up

o Leak detection and resolution

• Provide high-quality workmanship with a focus on detail and finish

• Deliver a professional and respectful service in customers’ homes

• Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients

• Sign off completed jobs to enable timely invoicing

• Maintain clean and safe working environments

 

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience fitting conservatories, UPVC windows and doors – not just site work

• Strong carpentry skills (essential)

• Ability to work across multiple trades confidently and independently

• Track record of quality installations

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, honest, and self-motivated

• Holds a full UK driving licence
