Job Title: Renewable Energy Consultant

Job Type: Full-time / Freelance

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Location: Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (Northampton, Oxford, Leicester, Coventry, etc.)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking motivated, intelligent, and personable sales professionals to promote cutting-edge

renewable energy solutions, including air source heat pumps and solar PV battery systems. You’ll meet

homeowners at pre-booked appointments (minimum 2 per day) and provide tailored consultations in their

homes—offering products from some of the world’s most recognized energy brands.

This role is self-employed with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial,

target-driven, and passionate about sustainable technology.

 

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations to advise homeowners on renewable energy solutions

• Manage and close sales leads in your assigned territory

• Collaborate with the sales management team and receive full training and ongoing support

• Continuously refine your sales approach and contribute to team success

 

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Attributes:

• A natural communicator who’s confident, friendly, and empathetic

• Motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Curious and eager to learn, with a professional and solutions-oriented mindset

• Comfortable with numbers and able to apply them in a consultative sales setting

Requirements:

• No sales experience necessary – just a positive attitude and people skills

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

• Full UK driving licence and a reliable car

• Laptop with working knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to pass a basic DBS check if successful
