Job Title: Sales & Order Processing Administrator

Location:, Leicestershire (Office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility considered)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established, family-run business specialising in high-quality

window and door installations. With a reputation for exceptional customer service and attention to detail, the

company is seeking a dedicated Sales & Order Processing Administrator to join their dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end order process, from initial customer enquiry through to final

order placement, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotations accurately using Business Micros Evolution software.

• Liaise with suppliers through various portals to confirm product availability and lead times.

• Maintain up-to-date pricing information within the system, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.

• Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and resolving any related issues.

• Generate reports to support sales and operational decision-making.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing enquiries and concerns

professionally.

 

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in order processing and quoting within a similar industry.

• Proficiency in Business Micros Evolution software is highly desirable.

• Strong IT literacy, including familiarity with supplier portals and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
