Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Order Processor to join a dynamic and growing

aluminium fabrication business. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Evolution

software and have a strong background in processing orders for aluminium fenestration products. This

role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely order processing, contributing to the company's reputation

for excellence in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage orders for aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems using

Evolution software.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure order specifications are met.

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately input order details.

• Monitor order progress and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow from order entry to

manufacturing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and product offerings.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in order processing within the aluminium fenestration industry.

• Proficiency in using Evolution (Business Micros) software is essential.

• Strong understanding of aluminium window, door, and curtain walling systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
