Location: Watford

Salary: £30,000- 40,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Office Based)

 

The Role

 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced After Sales Administrator to join a busy and established manufacturer

within the fenestration industry.

Reporting to the Head of After Sales, you will become part of a team of three, providing first-class support to trade customers

by managing after-sales enquiries, coordinating remedial works and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical understanding of aluminium window and door systems who

enjoys problem solving and delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Manage after-sales enquiries from trade customers, contractors and commercial clients.

• Deal with issues arising on live and completed installations.

• Order replacement parts and components from suppliers.

• Liaise with customers, site teams, suppliers and internal departments to resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate remedial works and ensure jobs are completed promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of after-sales cases and update internal systems.

• Work closely with production, purchasing and logistics teams where required.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the after-sales process.

• Prioritise workloads and ensure agreed timescales are achieved.

 

Skills & Experience

 

• Previous experience within the window, door, façade or glazing industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window and door systems.

• Experience working within a B2B trade environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

• Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

• Good IT skills.

 

Desirable

 

• Knowledge of AluK or Cortizo systems.

• Experience using fenestration software such as Business Micros, LogiKal or similar.

• Previous experience within an after-sales, technical support or customer service role in the fenestration industry.

 

Package

 

• Salary: £30,000 40,000 depending on experience.

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

• Office-based position (no remote working).
