Job Title: Sales Executive – uPVC & Aluminium Windows & Doors
Location: Essex
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with proven experience in uPVC and aluminium
windows and doors to generate, manage, and close business with builders and developers. The ideal
candidate will have strong industry relationships, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert
project opportunities into long-term partnerships for a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and develop business with builders, developers, contractors, and project
consultants
• Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Conduct site visits, project meetings, and product presentations
• Understand project drawings, specifications, and client requirements
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting using CRM or internal systems
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new project opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales of uPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors
• Strong communication with builders, developers, and real estate professionals
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and construction drawings
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
• Valid driver’s license
