National Sales Manager – Specialist Fenestration Manufacturer

Location: Flexible UK-wide (Head Office in Essex)

Industry: Premium uPVC Windows

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales

operations across the UK. The ideal candidate will come from the fenestration industry or a closely

related sector, with a strong track record in driving sales growth, managing regional teams, and building

lasting relationships within the new build, home improvement, or heritage sectors.

You will represent a company that combines traditional aesthetics with modern innovation in window

manufacturing, known for quality, service, and attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Develop and deliver a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s

growth targets

• Team Development: Lead, coach, and support a team of regional sales professionals to achieve

consistent performance

• Business Development: Identify and engage with potential new clients across trade,

specification, and developer channels

• Client Management: Strengthen and expand relationships with fabricators, installers, specifiers,

and commercial partners

• Performance Tracking: Analyse data to measure performance, forecast trends, and report

directly to senior leadership

• Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in

fenestration

 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales role within windows, doors, glazing, or related

building products

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to drive national sales strategy and manage regional pipelines

• Technical understanding of uPVC products and manufacturing processes desirable

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with national travel

• Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset
