About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team, carrying out accurate site surveys for residential window and door installations. The successful candidate will visit customers' homes, take detailed measurements, produce production drawings, and ensure all installations meet current building regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to carry out detailed and accurate site surveys.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and inputting customer orders accurately.

Commercial Project Manager

Role Summary

Our client is a well-established window, door and glazing specialist based in High Wycombe, with its own manufacturing facility and a successful commercial division delivering projects for developers, contractors and other commercial clients.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to manage commercial glazing, window, door and façade projects from contract award through to final handover.

Working across design, procurement, manufacturing and site installation, you will coordinate the project team and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to specification.

Where the company acts as Principal Contractor, you will also oversee the Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in accordance with CDM Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through design, procurement, manufacture, installation and handover.
• Prepare and maintain project programmes, identifying critical dates, risks and potential delays.
• Coordinate Designers, Surveyors, Procurement, Manufacturing, Site Management and Installation Teams.

Project Manager

CNC Operator – Aluminium Windows & Doors

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join an established aluminium window and door manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on production role requiring previous CNC experience, ideally gained within aluminium, fenestration, glazing or a similar manufacturing environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery used to manufacture aluminium window, door and curtain walling products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machinery.
• Cutting, drilling, routing and machining aluminium profiles.
• Producing components accurately from technical drawings and specifications.
• Entering or selecting the correct machine programmes and settings.
• Checking measurements before and after machining.
• Ensuring finished components meet required tolerances and quality standards.
