About the Role
A leading global software provider to the window and door industry is seeking a Software
Implementation Specialist to support its growing client base. This fully remote position offers a
competitive base salary, excellent benefits, and a unique recurring bonus model. For every client
onboarded, you’ll receive the same bonus annually for as long as they remain active — with some
clients generating over £100,000 per year in repeat bonuses.
This role would suit someone from a similar industry background, such as fabrication, estimation,
or processing, particularly within the window, door, or glazing sector. If you’re technically minded
and confident working with both systems and customers, this is an exciting opportunity with strong

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Onboarding
• Guide new and existing clients through setup and implementation.
• Configure and integrate software to match client-specific requirements.
• Install and optimize software, ensuring full system compatibility.
• Manage updates, testing, and patch deployments.
Data Management & Customization
• Create and manage datasets tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve configuration challenges efficiently.
Training & Support
• Deliver engaging software training to customers, aligning usage with their business goals.
• Offer practical support via phone, email, and remote access.
Client & Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with developers on customer-specific enhancements.
• Coordinate with sales and implementation teams to streamline onboarding.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and technical expertise.
About You
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent hands-on experience with strong computer skills.
• 4+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or customer support.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) is highly advantageous.
