Overview

Our client is a fleet management company with over 2,500 vehicles nationwide. They are seeking a skilled Bodyshop

Paint Sprayer to join our client’s team in Dunstable, working on a wide range of vehicles, predominantly vans. The role

requires a high level of productivity and a commitment to delivering work to an excellent standard.

 

Key Responsibilities

Preparing vehicles for paint spraying

Mixing paint to achieve an exact colour match

Applying primers, colours, and protective finishes

Checking completed work to ensure there are no defects

Preparing and maintaining paint spraying equipment

Preparing vehicle bodywork prior to spraying

Maintaining and cleaning equipment

Storing paints in the correct conditions

Managing inventory of paints and equipment

Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safety procedures

 

Requirements

Fully skilled with relevant previous workshop experience

Experience working with water-based paints

City & Guilds qualification or equivalent

Ability to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
