The company has extensive experience in the steel window industry and has been established since 1935. It is a

long-standing specialist in its field, offering expertise in steel windows alongside slim aluminium windows and

doors.

 

Skills

Previous experience in an office-based role within the construction industry is preferred; however, general office

experience will also be considered. Full in-house training will be provided to help the successful candidate

become familiar with the company’s bespoke products.

Strong Excel skills are essential. As the role involves working with high-net-worth clients, the ideal candidate must

demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, maintain a professional appearance, and have a confident and friendly

telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients following the completion of a sale

• Conduct site surveys and produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD

• Liaise with clients to obtain approval on drawings and orders

• Order all required materials for assigned projects, including glass and ancillary items

• Keep clients informed on order progress and schedule installation dates

• Manage and resolve any issues or snags on projects, which may require multiple site visits
