Job Title: Window & Door Surveyor / Project Manager Location: Field Based (Factory – Slough | Head Office – Hampton) Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent

About the Role

We are a leading manufacturer and installer of premium, British-made windows and doors, designed to combine modern aesthetics with outstanding performance. With extensive experience in the glazing industry, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and customer service — from initial consultation through to final installation.

We are now seeking an experienced Window & Door Surveyor / Project Manager to join our team. This field- based role involves managing projects end-to-end, ensuring precision, quality, and a seamless customer experience throughout every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys for windows, doors, and glazing systems, ensuring all dimensions and specifications are accurate.

• Liaise with customers to confirm design details, configurations, and installation requirements. • Manage projects from survey through to completion — overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality

control. • Coordinate with the factory (based in Slough) and installation teams to ensure smooth scheduling and

production. • Identify and resolve technical or on-site challenges efficiently. • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and building

regulations. • Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Window & Door Surveyor, Project Manager, or similar role within the glazing or fenestration industry.

• Strong knowledge of aluminium, uPVC, and composite window and door systems. • Excellent technical understanding of measuring, drawings, and installation processes. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. • Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills. • Full UK driving licence (field-based role).
