About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role,

you will be responsible for contacting warm and cold leads, promoting our range of home improvement

products, and booking appointments for our teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with

telesales experience who enjoys building rapport, hitting targets, and delivering exceptional customer

service.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and book appointments.

• Effectively communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions, including

conservatories, windows, and doors.

• Follow up on warm leads and previous customer enquiries.

• Work towards and consistently achieve personal and team targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values.

 

Requirements

• Previous telesales or outbound sales experience is essential.

• Knowledge of home improvements, particularly conservatories, windows, and doors, is highly

desirable.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively—whether hybrid or fully remote.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
